2020 what? There is 2020.3 and 2020.5. And there was no 2020.4, these are year.month codes, not sequence numbers. You really need to provide details on what standard troubleshooting you have done. Start at "help us help you" up the top of each web page.
Both 2020.3 and 2020.5 have been generally good releases for folks, with some concern maybe about 2020.5 on Windows for CPU heavy workloads (and workarounds for that).
