I will be testing again tonight and will let you guys know. The 32 bit thing seems odd as I made sure I was using 64 bit installers.

That would mean that (a) PT scans the 32-bit folder, or (b)a particular plugin's security code is checking the 32-bit folder as well and not liking something?
