meter change
I'm sure this has been answered so apologies but i cant seem to figure this out. i want to change meters in the middle of a bar. i have a bar of 6/8 but on the 5the beat of this measure, i want to switch to 12/8 and have the fifth beat become the first beat for the 12/8 bar. I've tried identify beat, meter change, insert time, change meter and nothing is working. Why is this so difficult?
