Great. Older Pro Tools 12 perpetual licenses stop working at 12.6. and I assume subscription licenses did as well. So you may need to update the license if trying to run 12.6 or later. That might be the issue you are running into. I don’t know exactly how that was handled, but I assume/hope Avid pushed out updated expiring licenses. Check your iOok.com account.

You provide such little info it’s like pulling teeth to try to help you. One post saying what license you have and what versions of Pro Tools would have been great.

Regardless, you can always install the same version of the Pro Tools as you were already running, with the same iLok. No “activation” required.

So just install ILM and Pro Tools
