10.3.2 Mac downloader doesn't work with latest version of Java
Well this is annoying. Updated to the latest version of Java to ensure no security vulnerabilities, and the Avid download manager doesn't work since it's only 32 bit. 
Suggestions for those of us who need an alternate download location?
