Cant access Plug-In and Support Plan downloads
Hello,
Yesterday I bought the $99 Annual Plug-In and Support Plan subscription.
It's been 24 hours and there is still nothing in my account; I opened a case with support to which they emailed back citing it was in my account and then closed the case without my response.
I sent a screen capture of what I was seeing from my end, but still no reply.
Any help is appreciated. I also can't access any support that I bought with my support plan. Otherwise I'm sure this would be resolved by now.
