Here are a couple things to try in iLok License Manager:
  • File > Close Cloud Account (looks like the license is on your iLok)
  • File > Check For Application Updates
  • Right+click your iLok and Synchronize
  • iLok License Manager > Preferences > Licenses > Remove account data...
