Avid HDX Card located inside Sonnet X-IIIR (TB3 Edition) Freezes everyday randomly.

Scenario 1: After some time HDX card hard freezes during system playback.

Process:
1: System Preferences > Audio > Output > Avid HDX.
2: Open iTunes 12.9.5.5 > Play Music for about 1-2 hours.
3: HDX Card stops playback eventually in middle of song.
4: Open System Preferences > Audio > Output > iMac Pro Speakers >> Music continues to play as normal.
5: Switching back to HDX Card does not fix problem. All applications including Pro Tools 2019.6 Ultimate will not function or operate unless other output is selected.
6: Restart iMac Pro > HDX Card continues working as normal for about 1-2 hours.

Scenario 2: After some time Pro Tool's playback engine refuses to stop for about 30 seconds and on many occasions will not stop playback unless I Force Quit. Oddly enough, Pro Tools continues to be responsive even though playback will not stop. Eventually an error message pops up saying Pro Tools can't stop playback. This happens more frequently when using the the video engine.

Process:
• Open Pro Tools 2019 | Ultimate > Load Session
• Pro Tools 2019 | Ultimate opens and works flawlessly for some time. Then out of now where in the middle of recording or playback audio engine drops out completely and Pro Tools Continues to show playback. Eventually it regains control and continues to work as normal. Sometimes I'm forced to restart in order for the HDX card to register again.

• Software Running: macOS Mojave 10.14.6 > Pro Tools 2019.6 | Ultimate > DADman 5.3.4.3 > Genelec GLM3
• Software Background: Dropbox > Eucon v4.4.3x101 > Avid Link 19.8 > WS Control 19.7.0.101
• Firmware:
- Avid MTRX 1.1.22.1, recovery:1.2.0.7
- HDX Card Version (R= 1.10.3 T= 1.02.4)
- Avid S6 M40 Version (19.7.0.101)
