I've been fine with it, so I haven't sweated it. But now I'd like to do a clean install, and it's not showing up in my products.

Just checked my iLok licenses, and it's just says "Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle 10/11/12" but doesn't indicate which versions of 12. Around Christmas I was thinking of upgrading to 2018, so I was logged in to my Avid account and it still had 12.6.1 in there, and nothing else. Did something change?
Nothing changed. You still have a perpetual license asset but when you got the bundle you only got a year's worth of PT updates. After that you're in lapsed and have to pay $299. This is why it's good to have downloads of everything so that when you have to reinstall you have things at hand and not have to worry about being able to get what you need online. I have a 2TB drive that has nothing but all my downloads on it.
