Default Used MacDrive to transfer files... DAW f**ked now

Hey there.
I have a PC with two boot partitions: 1 for music only (no internet); 1 for everything else.

I needed to transfer my sample library from my old Mac (OS 9) to my new PC DAW. So I downloaded a demo of MacDrive to my "everything else" partition, and used it to transfer my samples to my DAW partition.

Now, I can boot into the "everything else" partition, but trying to boot the DAW partition causes errors. Specifically, when windows kicks in, it says it has to check the C: drive (the everything else partition) for file consistency, and then it just re-starts windows over and over without ever making it through.

I've tried system restore.
I've deleted all the Mac files from the PC, defragged.
All to no avail.

HELP!

Any tips/advice?

Tom.
