Default Public Service re windows update
For those that choose to let Windows update itself, be forewarned that this MAY reset some system tweaks. Specifically, Power Management on USB Ports(aka USB Root Hub) in Device Manager. I kept having a USB3 external drive lose connection during some backups and found Power Management was back on, on SOME ports
