It's not the MB, but rather the CPU that offers integrated graphics. For example, the new i9-11900K supports integrated graphics while the i9-11900KF does not. With the KF, you must use a video card. How WELL does int. gr. work for Pro Tools? Well enough I suppose, but most use a dedicated GPU. It seems to me (not an expert on this...) that int. gr. will further tax the CPU, so perhaps best to use a GPU. You could just try it out, and if it does not suit your needs, you could always add a proper GPU later.
