This is my first time posting, but I'm having a similar issue with my account. It's time to renew my annual subscription and my code was accepted, but when it came time for the iLok part, it said my iLok didn't contain a license.
Do I need a new license? Last I dealt with this was the 12.6 update when I surrendered the original license (Upgrade and Support Plan) in exchange for a new one (Perpetual Bundle) - both of which are still on my iLok, but only one is activated. I was just wondering, is my renewal authorization looking for the old license? Or should I be receiving a new one altogether?
Just trying to understand what's going on. But also, would you be able to take a look at my account and see what's up? My subscription runs out soon
