You would need to be sending it to someone with a server if you don't have one. Depending on your upload speed, it could take a while. Most DSL is ADSL, which means you fast downloads, slow uploads. "Real world" about 10% less than "advertised" download speed and the upload on ADSL can be 1/2 to 1/4 of that.

I am 3000 ft. from the phone office with a 1500 SDSL and normally I get around 1270 up and down.

You can go online and do a speed check and figure it out from there.
