Default Pro Tools 10/11 Installers Not In My Account
Hi all,

I have a Protools 11 (non-HD) license that also included a Protools 10 license. However, when I go to My Products in Downloads under my Avid account the only product I see available is Protools 12.

I do not have a license for Protools 12 and the products I do have licenses for are no longer listed. I need access to these downloads and have reached out to customer service numerous times.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
