Are you 100% positive that the desk is not recognizing the stick? Goto Filing > Transfer. You should see the name of the USB stick in the top of the right pane. If not, something is probably awry with your stick; ensure that it is FAT formatted. You could also try burning them to CD, just make sure you extract them from the ZIP file first.
Does the plug-in have a VENUE installer? If not follow
these instructions to install them through the desktop.
