I would uninstall Asio4all.
Make you you download and install the latest driver for your interface from Focusrite.
Reboot.
Next make sure Windows isn’t using the Focusrite as it’s default sound device.

One other thing you can try is deleting the PTF preferences, which basically clears any stored settings from earlier attempts at running PTF and starts from scratch. To do so, do the following:

1. Close Pro Tools.
2. Hold the Windows key on your keyboard and press R.
3. When the Run window appears, type %appdata% and press OK.
4. Open the Avid folder, and delete the Pro Tools First folder.
5. Restart your computer and launch Pro Tools.

Hopefully this will get you to the Playback Engine so you can select the Focusrite.
I don't use asio4all
I have already tested everything you are suggesting
It still crashes

My guess is that the problem is somewhere in the realtek audio driver (strange noises from the pc speakers during initialization before it crashes).
Please explore this hypothesis. How to test it with realtek engineers?

Thank you for your help.
