Uninstall AIR Instruments Bundle 12.0
Move Xpand II 12.0 to a retrievable location
Install AIR Creative Collection Instruments 11.3.1 then remove its version of Xpand!2
Return Xpand II 12.0 to its (AAX 64-bit) Plug-Ins Folder

Well, I don't imagine he had to do anything as he's on Windows.
It also doesn't matter which installer you use - the version of Mini Grand is exactly the same in both 12.0 and 11.3.1. It's pretty long in the tooth, at this point.
