And obviously don't cheap out on the DIs. Your signal path is only as good as the weakest link.

Not trying to be a jerk, but I would honestly consider taking a course or at the very least, doing some reading on the fundamentals of audio. Getting some basic knowledge about signal path, impedance, connector standards etc would give you a real head start with this stuff.

It's hard to believe that tools like this are being purchased without this very fundamental knowledge behind them...
