Default Pro Tools 8.0.5 upgrade issues - Anyway to downgrade without an install disc?

Hi everyone, I've been a pro tools LE 8 user for the past two years and have recently started having frustrating problems since upgrading to 8.0.5 from 8.0.1.

I am running a mid 2008 macbook (OSX 10.5.8) with 4GB RAM and all was running fine with pro tools 8.0.1 but as soon as I upgraded to 8.0.5 I am running into DAE and CPU errors all over the place. I can basically get about 10 minutes of glitch free recording time and then it won't run and I have to shutdown and restart my macbook to get going again

I would simply do an uninstall and reinstall with my Pro Tools Install disc but my disc burner/reader in my macbook has given up the ghost and won't work so my question is... Is there any way to downgrade back to Pro tools 8.0.1 without the installation disc?

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me nuts! Thanks.
