Not a great idea. You can have corruption enter a session and not know about it right away. If you auto back every 5 minutes; thatís a lot of backups in a 10 hour session. Of course if you stop every hour or so and back up the entire session and audio to a different drive you may not need so many auto backs. But unfortunately not many do this. You can however tell PT to back up less often.
