The change in licensing occurred with the 12.6 release. If you had a valid Upgrade Plan when 12.6 was released you should have received an updated license which would be activated in iLok License Manager (with a surrender of your old license). Please reply if you did not receive the updated license so we can take care of that. See the threads in
