I went to a friend's studio in which he had both Nexus and Vanguard and have to say I was incredibly impressed. These will definitely be my birthday gifts to myself. Hybrid is nice, but the presets in Vanguard blows Hybrid off the map! The synth sounds fat, production ready and is also editable. Hybrid has way too many corny, thin presets in no particular order. Nexus reminds me of 90s like workstations in its format. I can't wait to purchase them both!
