The most obvious thing that stands out is that you only have one hard drive.

You need two minimum. One for operating system (which PT is installed on) and the other for recording/saving sessions to. 7200rpm drive is a must and yours is 5400rpm.

A Sandra Report will give a far more detailed picture of your computer which will help us here to give you the best advice.
