Well...
7 hours + later... I deleted all PT 11.3.2 files and PACE, rebooted and re-installed both. no message to install the helper/shoetool and PT launches.
Don't ask me, only the good Lord above knows what goes on at Avid. I'm laughing but I'm damn tired at 2:50am...Lol.
Thanks for sticking with me Jonathan, just got to get 12.4 installed on/under the same system in the morning. Yours and Danny C's support rocks!!!
