I don't know anything official, but at AES, the numbers were around $200 for TDM and $75 for LE software upgrades. There would naturally be some sort of time period for purchase that would allow for a free upgrade too. But again, I'm just feeding the rumor beast here. It sounds like the numbers in the original post may have been out of context or misunderstood by someone.
