Following the link on the
Drivers page leads to
kb374271 which has the driver for the Mbox Mini (3rd gen).
After completing the installation launch Pro Tools 9 and hold N when you see the splash screen (until the Playback Engine window opens). This should allow you to select the Mbox Mini. Check out
kb381749.
