vocalign and DINR seem to be to be a very cool thing!! but it´s not cheap!!
a friend of mine, which uses WAVES Restoration tried to help me out... but i think, that the Noise-reduction-thing added some reverb and metalic sound to it.... seems that you have to spent very much time on it to understand how it works...
how ever, DV Toolkit is a big deal because of DINR and VocAlign....
