recently i made a transfer of ownership of one of my PT Ultimate (hereHD)
Licenses , which went, after few hickups , successfull, from my side, at least.
Now the new Owner is complaining that the Download section (here PT 12.7.1 HD) , which is transfered to his account , shows still MY Ilok ID,
and not his Ilok ID , in fact he says he cannot activate his License.


Something , seems for me , went here wrong with the TOL ....
plz Jeffro could you look into that?
Since the new owner needs it soon working its urgent.
