I would like to be able to adjust the volume automation via external fader (faderport,Icon, whatever) slightly after hearing the audio in real time...(automation writing would be maybe 400ms to 1 second behind - having this adjustable would be ideal)...the writing would follow what has just happened...if you were watching the screen you would be able to see the automation you are writing (in red) chasing what has just happened slightly...this way you could hear > adjust...hear > adjust, etc...makes much more sense to me than listening and going back the traditional way and trying to adjust after hearing the last pass...
