Thanks for the list. There are KB articles for these (like
Pro Tools 12 Documentation) as well. He said he has the docs but can't open them from within PT.

Your profile lists Pro Tools 12.8 on Windows 7. I just checked my Win machine which has 12.8.1 and it opens the Ref Guide, etc. from Help. You mentioned seeing the docs installed, but can you open them from the desktop? What reader/version do you have installed?
