I'm having the same problem, starting with 2019.10.
I've downgraded to 2019.6 until the issue is fixed. I'd really like to use Folder Tracks, but they're not more important to me than the MIDI Event List.
I've got a copy of Logic Pro X installed. Maybe I should give it another try...
