I've sent an email to
[email protected], which was an address I had from a 2010 correspondence. I don't know if somebody at iLok is reading it, but you can't launch a support ticket, because you need to log in...which of course is not possible...
btw local licenses on a hardware iLok still work, but the cloud licenses don't.
