Hey Chimp, thanks for the response. DigiTechSupport responded to me in my thread, hopefully we'll be able to move along soon.
Regardless, I'm in Michigan, so the country thing isnt an issue. I've checked all the crevices of my account pages, under 'Your Products', 'Download links', etc... Nothing! I'm trying really hard to contain myself, but the triple shot of espresso is definitely not helping my anxiety!
