[AbstractHabitat]

I've been running Pro Tools 8 with Snow Leopard and my old Mbox since 2009. I do recall some compatibility issue at the beginning, but I think I just had to install some drivers or something and everything has been running good up until now. I'm just not sure what happened. One day it was working, the next day Pro Tools wouldn't even open. I clicked to open it and the icon would bounce for a bit, then just stop and not open. So I ran some updates (which admittedly I had been ignoring for a while) and I thought that would fix it. Now Pro Tools will open, but if I try to open a session or start a new session it just crashes.
