Eddie - can your team replicate this - I tried again this morning and got it go within a few minutes. It appears I can get it to go to unresponsive state while in Channel mode and using Config to add more Inserts to a channel. Sometimes it takes a while/several addition of inserts and then Channel becomes unresponsive except for Pan and Sends and rest of Control app works.

The fact that it goes to screen with the Channel Modes listed in the top left quadrant per attached picture may be a clue. Is its communication with Logic forcing it to go to higher hierarchy above the channel modes and present the modes to 8 encoders?

Happening every few minutes suggest more of a serious problem.

I suspect maybe your not getting a lot of feedback on this as Logic users like to use mouse sometimes for adding inserts or have their favorite insert chain set up and Control app works fine outside of this.
