Default Pro Tools Support is getting worse

Having to pay extra for support OK I'll buy intuit but paying for support and getting slapped in the face for asking and begging for help I am almost at the ned of my ropes - I have had 2 high end clients dump protools and I am getting close i have been a customer since 1988 (Q-Sheet) and you use to get people on support who actually know what you are doing now all I ever get is canned response. I have 2 different clients I am working with emailing Avid support every single day and no luck getting anyone to help to even understand the problem.
Having to post on public form to BEG for support in humiliating for me a customer and my clients.
I am so done with Avid .....
