Pro Tools LE only runs with Digidesign audio interfaces (the 00x series or M-Box series). For M-Audio interfaces you'll need Pro Tools M-Powered or MP, but I would wait a while. There's probably going to be an MP 10 out in a few weeks. I can also recommend Cubase Artist 6.5 or Cubase Elements 6. Check them out. They are superior to MP in many ways and the latter is half the price of MP.
