I found the Avid account that you recently created, but no product registrations for your name or email address. No Avid store orders either.
The important thing is that you need to have an iLok account at
www.iLok.com and your M-Powered license needs to show on that account when you look in the iLok License Manager you download and install from there.
When you do an upgrade to Pro Tools 11, you need to enter the exact same iLok account user ID as the account where your iLok is.
If you received an Activation Code with the upgrade, go to
http://account.avid.com/activation to use your Activation Code.
Please note, you will need an iLok 2 (the rectangular one, not the original key shaped iLok)
