Outputs to amp1 and amp2 are not traditional interface outputs, you just cannot send them a signal from Pro Tools. What exactly and why are you trying to do this?
Sending a standard full range (non-guitar) signal to a guitar amp is not likely to sound great. You can however do things like send output to the Eleven Rack reamp-input and position the amp1 and amp2 outputs at various places in the rig... Including the rig input that may get what you want, but obviously that ties up the Eleven Rack rig. You so have a DAW output option on the digital outputs, but that is not really independent of the main outputs, if that is what you are after? are you working in all mono? You may also have more options to find outputs to do what you want (which is...?) if you are strictly working in mono.
