The counter windows are not counting consistently. It appears as though the seconds are normal but the frames/tics have a jerking rhythm approximating 29-30 frames, then pausing for several frames and repeating this. A track/ sound playing is fine but the insertion line's movement seems to follow the frame/tic movement. Also, it behaves the same whether there is audio or not. Even if there are no tracks, the same too.
