Default Avid Tech Support

I don't usually wave the flag when a company does the right thing, but I've just got to say that I am SUPER impressed with Avid's tech support team. I had a VERY complicated issue due to an upgrade anomaly (PT 7 to PT 9 to PT 10) caused by my computer model identifier, core care revision, and plug-in combination.

Avid tech support helped me out with WAY more than I ever expected and resolved my issues in the most amazing way. They COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations, and I will tell you that I have re-gained my confidence with Avid as a company that truly does care about their customers.
