Did the research, looks like if this is a Windows 32-bit problem, its going to happen with Vista Ultimate or Business 32-bit. And for us lucky 64-bit Vista owners, ProTools won't even run!
Looks like I'm going to have to dual-boot with XP, and use this info to try and squeeze as much out of my 4 gigs as a can...
