Will a 4k monitor work with PT 10HD - Mac Pro running 10.8.4 ?

Has anyone had any issues with PT 10 and 4k curved monitor ?
i heard everything looks smaller..

My friend is offering a 27" curved Samsung to me for a good price. it will replace my old 24" flat monitor.
