Default Re: MIDI drum track to audio?

Which VI are you using?
There are a few ways to do it depending on which VI you have.

The basic principle is to create audio tracks for each drum. Set each track's input to a Bus... For example Bus 1.
Then assign your VI's output to Bus 1. Now you can record your VI's audio on the new audio track.

If your VI runs "multiple mono", then you can record all tracks (On Bus 1 through 10, for example) at once. If it doesn't have multiple mono, then you'll want to mute individual MIDI tracks so that you only record one instrument at a time.
I usually don't do ALL drums separately. I haven't found it to be necessary.
I usually do Kick, Snare, Stereo Toms, and Stereo Cymbals. 6 tracks altogether, and I can tweak as much as I want.

I hope that helps!
Good luck
