Quick update:
First case response was "you need a new license for 12.6, I deposited a temp license for you" which was completely the wrong topic. Obviously noone read what I wrote. The temp license isn't visible in iLok account btw (nor do I miss it).
After asking for clarification, next response was a special time-limited download link to download the 12.5.2 installers. Again not what I was looking for (12.5.1 and 12.5.2 installers together with related documents in my Avid account for download at any time).
Does anyone still (or did get it fixed via case) see 12.5.1 and 12.5.2 files in their account?
