Ale, I saw you are using BM 11.4.x with OS10.12 . Just to mention that the driver requires at least
macOS 10.15 Catalina or later
or
macOS 10.14 Mojave
Might be worth downgrading to a driver that supports your OS.
I am getting none of these issues over here with DNxHD36. Knock on wood.
