Perpetual License "lost"
Hello,
My name's Mattt.
I purchased a perpetual license in 2016 for PT 10, 11, 12 and 2016, but I didn't bought the annual plan after that year.
I recently had to change computer. I downloaded protools from my account, PT 12.8 which is the one I was running on my previous computer.
But I can't manage to lock the license that's still on my Ilok key. It's asking me to buy a new license.
I'm using a Macbook pro from mid 2015 with OS sierra 10.12
Ilok 2 with the license, nothing has changed on the Ilok.
I first dowloaded PT 12.8 from my account, then tried with downloading PT 11.3.2
None of these PT works... After instalation, when starting PT, it's asking me for a valid license.
Can someeone help me sorting this out ?
