The Sandra Report is shown below. I'm using PT 12 Native with an Apollo FireWire. Thanks a lot for your help, by the way - not just Dave but everyone in this thread.

I'd like to be able to play up to 16 backing tracks, record 16 inputs, and use 8 buses at the same time (at 96kHz and 64 sample buffer). Do you think for sure it would work if I upgrade to an i7 8700k processor? Or is it a bit of a crapshoot?
