Default trim tool with arrow-wassup?
My trim tool showed up tonight with an arrow sometimes showing on it. It seems to put a little arrow on my clip in the place I grab to lengthen or shorten a clip and then it cuts off the sound there on playback.

What's going on? Is this a new thing? I haven't seen it before. And how can I get rid of it?
